These Logos Have A Long History

A lot of the big company logos out there have their own history to them so I thought it would be a good idea to post some of the best ones.

BK or Burger King

has to be one of the biggest burger joints you could ever imagine as they serve millions of people a day. The first logo that BK had was in 1969 and it featured two burger buns with Burger King in big red letters in the middle of the buns.

I realize that two of the greatest singers of Leon Russell songs are both dead. Is it my melancholy mood? Can you tell me who the singers are? I will tell you:

Karen Carpenter and Donny Hathaway. It is unbelievable that two of the greatest singers of all time both sang the go-to versions of a classic Leon Russell song; A Song For You.  As they say in Cuba, this song is de pinga, the shit. OK, I am older than the average blogger, but it is time to respect your elders and learn pop history.
