Most business owners never really think about organizational behavior. It is important, but it does have a misleading name.

Organizational behavior encompasses many areas of your business including team building, company “culture,”  diversity, communication and other issues.

Why is organizational behavior important to study? If people are an organizations most important asset then understanding how humans behave in organizations will improve productivity. Understanding organizational behavior allows better worker relations, more realistic expectations and improves job satisfaction.
