Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette

This is a simple little vinaigrette with just a hint of sweet from the maple syrup.

  • .5 cup balsamic vinager
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp mustard I used stone ground
  • .5 tsp dried onion
  1. Mix it all together. If you are using dehydrated onions, let them soak a bit to get soft.
