What I’m Doing Now

Inspired by Derek Sivers

I’ve already archived almost all of my CD’s (keeping some that are special, like limited editions), and most of my books are digital. Finishing up the last batch of ones I don’t need as hard copies. I hated ebooks but have learned to love them for the flexibilty, ability to search easy, notate, and print a page or two if needed.

A constant thorn is all the wordpress/drupal websites I have for varying business and personal projects. I’m going to make as many of them “static” sites as I can.

The constant updates are a time suck, and many of them are basically static sites anyway. I’m documenting this for others that may be interested, and yes, I’ll sell it :)

Upcoming gigs mean practice. I’m going to get my practice up to 1 hour a day… from basically none. That includes guitar and Cuban tres.

I’m going to try to get back to writing one song a week and having it finished. To help, I’ll limit the genre to one or two until I have a complete “album” of 10 - 12 tracks in one theme. Uploading them to my Disco account.

I need to finish the Cuban Masters Series Bass videos and start the book version.

After that, it’s time to work on a larger book tentatively called, Clave, Montuno, and Tumbao.

Walk daily is the goal. Minimum 30 minutes. Start lifting weights 3x a week, and of course, continue the Whole Food Plant Based life.
