Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette

This is a simple little vinaigrette with just a hint of sweet from the maple syrup.

Ingredients

• ½ cup balsamic vinegar
• 3 tsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp mustard I use stone ground
• ½ tsp dried onion or onion powder (¼ tsp)

Only the amounts at the start of each ingredient change. The steps stay as written.

Instructions

1. Mix it all together.
2. If you are using dehydrated onions, let them soak a bit to get soft.
